Can I book an appointment to visit your studio?
Yes! We welcome appointments at our studio in Vaughan. During your visit, you can view our collection in person, try on pieces, and discuss custom design options. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom jewelry design. Whether you're looking for a unique engagement ring, a special gift, or a reimagined heirloom piece, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Will my purchase come with an appraisal?
Most of our vintage pieces come with an appraisal. An appraisal can be arranged if the piece you’re interested in doesn’t have one yet.
How do I care for and clean my vintage jewelry?
Jewelry can be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft toothbrush. However, please avoid doing so with softer stones such as emeralds and pearls. In this case, only use a soft cloth.

Yes, most ready-to-ship engagement rings can be resized. We'll discuss sizing options during your purchase and ensure the perfect fit. Some intricate vintage designs may have limitations, which we'll communicate upfront.

The custom engagement ring process typically takes 6-12 weeks from start to completion. This timeline includes stone sourcing, design finalization, handcrafting, and quality checks. Rush services may be available for special circumstances.

What is your exchange or return policy on vintage and custom pieces?
All sales are final. Please review our return policy. Due to their personalized nature, custom pieces are also final sale. However, we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure complete satisfaction before we begin creation.

Yes, we ship internationally. All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation. Shipping costs vary by destination. We use secure, trackable shipping methods to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Shipping and any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping times vary by location. Within Canada, expect 2-5 business days. International shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom pieces will be shipped upon completion.
