Fine jewelry is made to be treasured for years to come. With a little care and attention, you can preserve the beauty of your pieces for generations. We recommend following these simple care guidelines to keep your jewelry looking its best.
- Remove Before Daily Activities: To protect your jewelry, remove it before showering, applying lotions or perfume, exercising, washing dishes, or engaging in other activities that may expose it to chemicals, moisture, or impact.
- Store with Care: Before bedtime, lay your jewelry flat on a soft fabric surface or store it in a jewelry box to prevent tangling, scratching, and unnecessary wear.
- Clean Gently: Use a soft toothbrush and a small amount of mild dish soap with lukewarm water. Gently clean the metal and diamonds, then rinse carefully and pat dry with a soft cloth. We do not recommend ultrasonic cleaners, as they may damage certain gemstones or loosen settings.
- Protect Your Gemstones and Pearls: Semi-precious gemstones and pearls require special care. Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, and other cleaning agents that may compromise their beauty or finish.

How long will my piece take to finish?
Our made-to-order pieces are handcrafted for you in Toronto. They take 2-4 weeks to complete.
Once finished, you'll be able to pick up from our Vaughan studio, or we offer complimentary shipping within Canada.
All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and other taxes may apply for international buyers; please familiarize yourself with your country's policies. Orders typically arrive within 7 days of shipment.
